      We agreed on the following till the Turkish exchange:<\/span><\/p>\n

      Each<\/em><\/strong> partner has to prepare three (3) tasks:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. .ppt or video on school and system of education, (5 min. time limit).<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. .ppt or video on city \u2013 country, (5 min. time limit).<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. .mpeg video from the period of 60s of their country, (12 min time limit. Original parts of movies, included). They will analyse content, themes and style related to the various factors<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        (Gender depiction in film across countries and time periods<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

        -Social status and relations between classes<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

        -Family relations and roles of family members<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

        -Social and economic deprivation<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

        -Depiction of refugees\/strangers\/outsiders) <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

        of the social structure of the country during that time period.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The Turkish team<\/em><\/strong> has to do the following tasks:<\/span><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Prepare one (1) lesson \u2013 training of students on storytelling. (The time limit depends on organizers).<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Prepare ice \u2013 breaking activities for students.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Prepare a representative film so as students can watch this film for the hosting country.<\/span><\/li>\n
        4. Logo and moto contest.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          They will be responsible for the collection of all material (.ppt, videos, photos) by creating a common google drive account.<\/span><\/p>\n

          The Greek team<\/strong> will deal with the designing and running the website of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n

          The Czech Rebublic team<\/strong> will deal with\u00a0 the coordination of partner communication. They will coordinate social media accounts (FB and WhatsApp groups of students).<\/span><\/p>\n

          The Romanian team<\/em><\/strong> will deal with the creating and running the eTwinning projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

          The Italian team<\/em><\/strong> will deal with the mobility tool for both C1 and C2 mobilities. They will be responsible for the supervision of the project and will design and organize the project evaluation. In addition to that the will create the evaluation questionnaires (the same ones in all mobilities).<\/span><\/p>\n

          The maximum number of students that can be hosted in Turkey is four (4) for each partner. Obviously, there is no limit for teachers as well. Accommodation will be arranged by the Turkish partner. Teachers will stay in a hotel, whereas the students will stay with families.<\/span><\/p>\n

          The Turkish exchange starts on 15\/03\/2020 (Sunday) and finishes on 21\/03\/2020 (Saturday). Travel days are 15 and 21\/03\/2020 and working days are from 16-20\/03\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

          The Greek exchange starts on 10\/05\/2020 (Sunday) and finishes on 16\/05\/2020 (Saturday). Travel days are 10 and 16\/05\/2020 and working days are from 11-15\/05\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

          The Czech \u00a0Republic exchange starts on 04\/10\/2020 (Sunday) and finishes on 10\/10\/2020 (Saturday). Travel days are 04 and 10\/10\/2020 and working days are from 05-09\/10\/2020 (needs to be confirmed in Greece).<\/span><\/p>\n

          The Romanian exchange will take place in last week of March 2021\u00a0 and needs to be confirmed in Czech \u00a0Republic.<\/span><\/p>\n
